CANCELLATION POLICY
The well-being of our guests is very important to us, and we empathize with unexpected delays or disruptions to your schedule. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you and our cancellation fee may apply. If you need to reschedule, it must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows and cancellations outside of the 24 hour window will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. Use of this website to book an appointment acknowledges acceptance of this cancellation policy and provides authorization to charge the card on file in the event of a breach.
